you should go back to www.bluehypnosis.com and sign into your account page and if you scroll towards the bottom of the page, you will see your downloads just a click away.
I just purchased an mps download, Deepfemme, and it appeared to download but I cannot find it in my computer. How do I get the file to play it? you can do a search function on your computer, or you can log into your personal account manager on bluehypnosis.com and download the file again - your computer should tell you it has already been downloaded and a location where it is sitting. :)
you can also download for 30 days once you purchase an mp3 in the event you wish to save it at another location using your account page as well.
When I left click the download button, it simply causes the file to start playing online and my account page records that action as a download.
First, I want to thank you for your prompt response to my request. And second, I am sorry to say that I am still unable to download the mp3 from My Account page. When I right click and "save link as" the download button, it does download a large file (43MB's?), but it's an mp3 and seems to be unplayable.
