How long does it take to recieve my recordings once I have purchased them?
Digital download files are available for download immediately upon reciept of payment via your account profile page. Cd Rom formats will take approximately 7-10 days to recieve.
I typically ship on wednesdays and fridays using USPS.
I inadvertently ordered Enrique Collective, not realizing I was getting it as a CD Rom. My CD Rom is not functioning. I had wanted to get it as MP3 download, but this apparently is unavailable. Would you consider substituting?
Yes you may. please be aware that I have to create custom links for you to download directly and am only in my recording studio on mondays, wednesdays and fridays. I will provide direct links within 24 hours of notification on those days. Contact me directly with your order number and replacement request. All orders must be of equal or lesser value.
Can I track a cd delivery via USPS? Can you give me a tracking # to give me an idea when it will arrive?

Due to it's large size, the full length cd collections are typically available on cdRom.

I will archive all recordings for 3 months at which point I will have to charge a nominal processing fee to provide a new link specifically for you. The best way to prevent this is to "save your file as" immediately upon recieving it initially.
