    Please make sure you have logged into your account and checked your available downloads section. Sometimes it takes paypal up to 12 hours to show the download available, unless you pay with paypal express. If you are still unsure, or it has been over 12 hours, please contact me.

    your order has not been completed. Please complete your order within 24 hours or I will delete it to clear the status. If using paypal, the transaction must be confirmed before you close out of the browser.

    No. That sounds fishy. All credit card transactions are processed by either Paypal or Authorize.net for security and fraud screening. Please do not even bother asking me to process any credit cards via email.
