You may listen via streaming browser while the file completes to initiate your session immediately.
Sometimes if the file gets interrupted, it is best to perform a 'search' on your hard drive, locate the corrupt file and delete it. Once it has been deleted, you may log into your account and repeat the download process to insure a clean file.

My recording stops after 10 minutes. it sounds as if you have not downloaded the file completely. Please follow these steps:
1. Download the link from your account page by clicking 'save as' the file should save as (your file name).mp3 - allow the file to download completely. (this may take up to 10 minutes depending on the length of the file and the speed of your connection).
2. Locate the file on your computer harddrive by performing a 'search" (your file name).mp3
3. As long as you have a digital audio player on your system, you will be able to read a generic mp3 file - it is universal regardless of the operating system you are on.

What is the best way to listen to your recordings?
I highly suggest listening to all hypnosis recordings in dim light, headphones and no distractions. I have found the best results when listening to hypnosis right before drifting off to sleep for the evening.
Do you use multiple tracks? Yes, I use multiple tracks, various sound effects, digital effects and subliminal wording as well as whispering in most of my recordings.
